AUBURN, Ala. - Due to worsening drought conditions in our area, The Auburn Fire Department is issuing a city-wide burn ban, effective immediately.

At this time, all active burn permits within the city have been suspended, and no new permits will be issued. The Auburn Fire Department will continue to monitor local and statewide conditions and adjust as necessary.
